Mr. Okamoto Nobukichi founded a limited partnership company in May, 1918, with a view to manufacture the motor pumps for well water and air-lifts. And, this company is now still existing as Okamoto Pump Co., Ltd. after several fluctuations, reforming and transitions. During the long history, our company has met with hardship of World War 2nd and the subsequent disorder and confusion after the war and is proud to have achieved the 90 years’ anniversary.

Developed and started sales of monitoring and control system for the hot spring water applications, and water level measuring and balancing system as well. |

Acquired the formal agency of Gould Pumps, subsidiary of ITT Industries, Inc., USA |

Acquire the formal agency of E-TECH, Italy. |

Conclude OEM sales of submersible pumps for hot spring well with Ebara Techno Service Co., Ltd. |

Conclude OEM sales of submersible deep water pumps for fresh water. |
